Wondering how gluten-free recipes stack up against their gluten counterparts? Come to IG’s Eat Smarter Chef Demo and watch Chef Linda prepare a variety of dishes using gluten-free ingredients. Our classes focus on teaching easy and delicious meals and snacks based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, fish, low-fat dairy, lean meat and beneficial fats. We’ll share tips for saving time, cutting costs and having fun making tasty, healthy food that you and your family will love! All classes are cooking demonstrations with generous tastings of each recipe. Cost $ 10~

Jaclyn graduated from South University with a master’s degree in nursing. Jaclyn has over 10 years experience providing quality healthcare solutions for her patients. Her integrative approach focuses on nutrition, optimizing immune system function, hormone stabilization, and vitamin and mineral supplementation.
