April 16th 1:00 PM. Thursday: Demystifying  Good vs Bad, What to Eat Now, The Truth About Fat with Linda Baldwin, Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Plant Based Chef, Member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. This is the 1st part of a 4 part series Learning How to Eat. April 22nd 1:00 PM. Wednesday day: Chakra Balancing and Clearing with Elena Zaphara Bensonoff,C.RPH, Public Speaker, Advanced Fellow in Anti- Again & Functional Medicine, Salt Healer: Elena will share with you her knowledge of how to clear and balance these pools of energy. Elena-112 Why bother with all this chakra cleansing stuff right? I mean, you went through most of your life without clearing a single chakra and are no worse off, right? Wrong. Clogged chakras can cause physical problems related to the area where they function. For example, if someone is intimidating you, you might have digestive issues in your solar plexus (i.e. nervous stomach). If there is someone you really need to talk to but you just can’t bring yourself to do it, you may end up with a sore throat. Clogged intuition could result in a headache. And so on.  Cost $ 20~

April 24th 1:00 PM Friday (Arbor Day) : Move Class an Hour of Inspired Health and Fitness with Ashley Halley. Ashley is a certified NASM personal trainer and 500 hour Yoga Alliance instructor for 8 years. She loves empowering women to look and feel their best at any age or level of fitness. Ashley’s method is interval training using your own body weight, along with other methods like Pilates, resistance bands, and yoga is key in refining small and large muscles, which gives you fabulous tone and definition. Weight loss and the body you’ve always dreamed of are achievable with the move method.  During the hour you will perform a 20 minute HIIT workout (designed for all levels), while learning the importance of supplements and fueling your body to achieve your best results.
